Affiliate program changes due to COVID-19 pandemic

In response to the coronavirus epidemic, affiliate programs are changing their terms of use. Some of the advertisers have temporarily suspended payouts for bookings and requests. Here we will gather all the relevant information on changes.

Headline for March 18: HotelsCombined, a hotel aggregator, suspended its affiliate program. Traffic driven by affiliates won’t be payable. If you are promoting this offer, read our tips on what to do now.

KAYAK has put on hold its affiliate program from March 18 until further notice. We automatically redirect traffic from the KAYAK affiliate tools to the Jetradar affiliate program.

AirHelp suspended its affiliate program till the end of May. The advertiser won’t reimburse requests made after March 23. If you are promoting AirHelp, it’s possible to switch to Compensair. In the coming days, we will set an automatic redirect of traffic from the AirHelp tools to Compensair.

TourRadar has put on hold all the promotion campaigns and sales, but affiliate traffic is still payable.
